A domestic flight in America was forced to make an emergency landing on Tuesday morning after one of its engines was severely damaged

The Southwest Airlines flight from LaGuardia to Dallas Love Field made an emergency landing at Philadelphia. At least a dozen firefighters and several emergency vehicles flooded the scene. Some people on the plane have reported that a female passenger was sucked through a window mid-flight, after the engine was damaged. https://twitter.com/cassface321/status/986264969976086530 The woman was rushed to hospital after landing, it has been reported. One passenger broadcast the landing via Facebook Live. Southwest said in its statement that 143 passengers and five crewmembers were on board the plane and said it is in the process of transporting customers and crew into the terminal. "Safety is always our top priority at Southwest Airlines, and we are working diligently to support our Customers and Crews at this time," the statement said.
