New York jeweller predicts a FAB engagement ring trend for 2018

Last year, it was predicted that yellow gold would prove a popular engagement ring trend for 2018 and now there's another style set to make it big.

This year, we could be seeing more of the "double-band" engagement ring, doubling as a major statement piece as you'll see from the platinum beauty featured below. Stephanie Gottleib is a jewellery designer based in New York and has created some stunning designs which any sparkle-loving magpies can check out on her Instagram account. She has also created some absolutely stunning double-banded rings and the trend is sure to be a hit, particularly with brides who want to veer away from traditional styles. Speaking to Who What Wear, Stephanie explained that she thinks people are starting to experiment more with engagement rings, particularly after seeing how much inspiration there is on social media with Pinterest, Instagram and the likes. We've had a look online for some more examples of double-banded rings and have included a few of the more eye-catching options.
