The 33-year-old was pictured wearing heels during both her pregnancies and she even wore heels leaving the hospital after giving birth to Princess Charlotte. It seems the Duchess has a secret weapon though and relies on Alice Bow insoles to keep her comfortable when wearing heels. Kate is almost always pictured in heels... A source spoke to Us Weekly: "Kate recently bought several pairs of Alice Bow insoles at the Selfridges department store in London". The insoles, which are priced at £13, are made from Italian leather and promise "'long lasting comfort and confidence". A representative for Alice Bow told Vanity Fair: “There has been talk of the Duchess wearing the insoles, but we cannot comment either way. We have seen a massive surge in site visits however".
