The Renaissance villa – Villa Tasca – enjoys the enviable location of Palermo, Sicily, an island off the Italian coast. The property has a rich history which dates back to the 16th Century, and guests are welcome to enjoy and explore the 20 acres the villa sits on.
With four bedrooms, the villa sleeps eight guests, and boy, are they in for a luxurious stay.
As you can see from the photos on Airbnb, the villa is stunning both inside and out. According to the listing, the interior is decked out with "stately neoclassical architecture, trompe-l’oeil frescoes, Murano chandeliers, gilt-framed paintings".
On the grounds, guests can play games on the lush lawns, explore the trees and olive groves, watch the swans in the pond, or take a dip in the swimming pool.
If you fancy having company during your time in Villa Tasca, then you'll have plenty of room to entertain in the five living rooms. What's more, you won't have to lift a finger, as the Villa Tasca is fully staffed with housekeeping, a house manager, a butler, room attendants and a cook service.
Now, perhaps unsurprisingly, the Villa Tasca does not come cheap. It is, after all, listed on Airbnb Luxe. A single night stay here will set you back £4,876 (€5,509), and a week here will cost you well over €38,000. But hey, if that's somehow in your budget, you can check out the listing right here.
