Here’s how to watch The White Lotus in Ireland

Sarah McKenna Barry

It’s definitely a must-see.

The White Lotus is back for a second season, and we’re getting a fresh batch of affluent guests checking in.

In the second instalment of the anthology series, Jennifer Coolidge reprises her role as Tanya, but this time she’s got her husband Greg (Jon Gries) by her side, and they’re checking into the White Lotus’ Italian branch in Sicily.

Also joining them are the male contingents of the Di Grasso family – grandfather Bert (F. Murray Abraham), his son Dominic (Michael Imperioli) and Dominic’s son Albie (Adam DiMarco).

Sensing a rift between Dominic and his wife (they’re dead right), are local girls Lucia (Simona Tabasco) and Mia (Beatrice Grannò), who set out to see how they can work him to their advantage. Albie, meanwhile, strikes up a friendship with Portia (Haley Lu Richardson), Tanya’s assistant who has been instructed to stay in her room and out of Greg’s sight.

Elsewhere in the resort, we meet an awkward quartet of friends formed by two couples – Cameron (Theo James) and Daphne Sullivan (Meghann Fahy), and Ethan (Will Sharpe) and Harper Spiller (Aubrey Plaza).

Meanwhile, the resort’s overworked manager Valentina (Sabrina Impacciatore), attempts to keep her guests happy and minimise chaos, a hard task no doubt, considering the fact that the series opens with the reveal that at least one of the guests has been killed. The victim and the cause of death, however, is a mystery that unfurls as the season goes on.

In order to watch the hugely popular show in Ireland, you’ll need a NOW account, where a new episode drops every Monday, not too long after they air in HBO across the pond. While you’ll have to wait a week for the next episode, the entire first season is also streaming on the platform, and it’s definitely worth a watch.
