The businesswoman described the move as “temporary”.

Beauty blogger Suzanne Jackson has spoken more about her decision to relocate to Portugal.

Last week, Jackson, of SoSueMe fame, told her fans that she moved to Portugal with her husband Dylan.

“I wanted to let you all know that myself and Dylan have decided to go ahead with our decision to relocate to Portugal,” she wrote in her story.

“We have taken all necessary precautions to get here safely and will continue to follow Portuguese Covid guidelines and restrictions while we’re here. I’ll be on soon for a catch up. Sue x.”

Since then, Jackson has shared more details regarding the move.

Over the weekend, the blogger told her Instagram followers that the move would be “temporary”, and that the couple would be splitting their time between Dublin and Portugal.

“We’re going to be living here a couple of months of the year, a couple of months in Ireland,” Jackson said.

“It is looking very exciting for myself and Dylan to be out here for potentially six months of the year, six months of the year in Ireland. That’s what we’re looking at.

“We haven’t decided on the exact length of time. But we’re definitely here for the rest of the summer.”

She added: “Obviously, I have work commitments, including TV and SOSUbySJ.”

Suzanne also explained that their three dogs would be joining them as soon as their Portugal home was ready for them:

“We have to make sure that the house was doggie proof, in the sense that they couldn’t escape. We had to get all the gardens boxed off to make sure they couldn’t get out anywhere.”

Suzanne and Dylan married in Skerries Co Dublin in the summer of 2017. The couple met almost a decade ago through a mutual friend and have been in a relationship since.

They bought their €1.8 million Malahide mansion in summer of 2018, later moving in that October on Suzanne’s birthday.
