Mariah Carey has revealed this week that she is going to release a special children’s book based on her hit festive song All I Want For Christmas Is You.
The singer told PEOPLE that she was ‘thrilled’ to be publishing a book about the iconic song which was released in 1994.
The book will follow the story of a little girl who wants a new puppy for Christmas.

“When I wrote All I Want For Christmas Is You it was my dream for it to become a classic Christmas song,” she said.
“I am so proud of the song’s impact as it continues to create memories for fans each year.
“I am thrilled to be able to ring the story of the song to new generations of families with the picture book.”
The book is due for release in early November.
