Harry Styles finally responds to Together, Together tour backlash

Harry Styles has responded to the outrage over his current tour

The Adore You singer kicked off the tour with a 10-night stint in Amsterdam, but fans were quick to complain after the first show.

One of the biggest issues fans had was with the stage, which features ramps that blocked audience members' views during the first few dates in Amsterdam.

The concert team lowered them following immense backlash from concert-goers and moved the barriers back to improve fans' experiences.

Speaking about the staging for the Together, Together tour, Styles shared:

“The reason why we made the stage like this is because I wanted to be in it with you. I wanted to be as close to as many of you as possible, because that’s what this tour is all about.

“It’s about being together, having fun together, sharing a moment together, dancing together, being with your friends, being with strangers, getting swayed with your friends, getting swayed with strangers,” the Dance No More singer said.

“That is how I made this album, and that is how I would like you to listen to it tonight. Thank you for being here with us, thank you for coming back to stay with us. It means a lot to us, thank you so much,” Styles added.

Following his shows in Amsterdam, Styles will perform in London's Wembley Arena in June and July.
