Actress Suranne Jones is said to have married her other half, magazine editor Laurence Akers.
The Sun reports that the couple tied the knot during an “intimate and romantic” ceremony at Islington Town Hall in London.
A source told the newspaper: “Suranne is very private and not the type of person to have her wedding in a magazine or on social media.”
The pair, who got together last year, seem to be fans of spontaneity having gotten engaged after six weeks of dating.
Suranne is best known for starring in television shows including Coronation Street and Scott & Bailey.
