Anna Geary has opened up about her first pregnancy.
The camogie player revealed she was pregnant with her first child back in February.
Anna thanked the public for being so kind to her following her special announcement.
She told her followers that she and her husband Kevin Sexton were overwhelmed by the support they received.
Alongside multiple photos of the couple, the mum-to-be wrote;
"Before “regular” content resumes, from the bottom of our hearts, just to say thanks for all the kind messages & good wishes these past few days.
Anna said it was so nice to be able to talk about her pregnancy.
"Hard to believe it was this time last week that I hovered over the “share” button."
She said her pregnancy now feels real after she shared the news publicly.
"It has all become very real, now that we can talk about it people!"
"I went down a rabbit hole looking at old pictures this evening.
"Getting all nostalgic about everything we’ve been through…the good & the not-so-good!
"But we’re still standing and the next chapter will be a sleep-deprived, exciting adventure! Here’s to being in it together, not having a clue what we’re doing!"
Anna confirmed she was pregnant on February 21st.
She shared a photo of a baby hurley, a onesie, and a toy rabbit to confirm the news.
"A new teammate coming in 2023," she captioned the snap.
