Ant and Dec speak out ahead of returning to film new I’m a Celeb series

The pair have touched down in Brisbane ahead of the latest season of I'm a Celebrity.

Speaking out for the first time since Ant's time in Rehab, where he was recovering from a prescription painkiller addiction, the 41-year-old told The Sun he was "feeling great". He said: “I’m excited to be back, I can’t wait. It’s going to be a good show. I’m feeling great. The flight was all right, I had a lot of sleep and me and Dec had a good catch-up.”

Ant's treatment was the longest time the comedic pair have been apart in the length of their showbiz career and Dec seems to be over the moon to be once again back with his pal doing what they love. He said: “I’m looking forward to spending more time with him."

Speaking on what to expect from the duo this year, Dec added: “We’ll have the same old shenanigans, but with a few little added twists. We just can’t wait to get in and get going now. We’ve been waiting for ages, it’s been a long summer break so we can’t wait.” I'm a Celeb returns next Sunday and we cannot wait to see what drama and tasks await this year's contestants.
