Ariana Grande and her granny did something pretty wild to celebrate her latest award

YES NONNA!

Friday night saw Ariana Grande deservedly winning Billboard’s 2018 Woman of The Year. The Thank U, Next hitmaker has had a year of career highlights but an exceedingly tough time in her personal life.

In an emotive speech on the night Ariana said:

“As far as my personal life goes, I really have no idea what the fuck I am doing. So yeah, it’s been a very conflicting one. And I just want to say that if you’re someone out there who has no idea what this next chapter is going to bring, you’re not alone in that.”

One person who has been a massive support to the twenty-five-year-old is her grandmother. Ariana often speaks about her “Nonna” in interviews and it seems the two are pretty close. Well, what better way to mark a special relationship with your granny than to get inked?

Yep, to celebrate her recent achievement, Ariana and her Nonna only went away and got tatts together. Clearly, Nonna is an absolute legend.

Ariana posted the adventure on her Instagram Stories and it’s probably the funniest, most adorable thing you’ll ever watch. The singer has quite a few tattoos to date and her latest ink is a stylised moon and sun done by New York-based artist, Mira Mirah.

We adore the stunning new piece on her hand and couldn’t believe that Nonna got her first ever tattoo on the night. The ninety-three-year-old chose to get her late husband Frank Grande’s nickname, Ciccio inked on the inside of her finger. CAN YOU DEAL?

Nonna didn’t even appear nervous getting it done, cooly replying that she felt “fine” after Ariana inquired.

Someone award her with Billboard’s 2018 Grandmother of The Year, stat.
