Awkward! Looks Like Kris Humphries Isn’t Letting Kim Go Without A Fight

The news that Kim and Kanye are expecting their first baby together has delighted their families, friends and in Kim’s case millions of social media followers but one person who is digging his heels in is Kim’s not-so-soon-to-be-ex-husband Kris Humphries.

The couple’s short-lived marriage only lasted 72 days but it looks like she’ll still be married to him by the time baby Kimye arrives in around six months time, unless of course Kim admits in court that the marriage was fraudulent. Kris has been arguing for an annulment rather than a divorce but needs to prove that the couple married under false pretenses.

But Kim is refusing to back down to her basketball player ex because she thinks that admitting the marriage was fraudulent would be damaging to her brand.

A source close to the situation told TMZ that “Unless Kim gives in to Kris' demand that she admit the marriage fraudulent, the divorce proceedings will still be ongoing and she will still be legally married to him when she gives birth.”

This takes the far from convention family to a whole new level!
