Banned From Google: Britney Spears Is Too “Fragile” To Read Gossip About Herself

Britney Speers has reportedly been banned from going online and reading gossip about herself because she is in a ‘fragile’ state following her split from Jason Trawick earlier this month.

According to reports, Britney’s team are said to be reluctant to leave her on her own following the breakdown of her relationship and her decision to quit the US X-Factor after just one season. Britney’s team don’t want the singer to google herself or read any speculation in papers and magazines about her personal and professional life.

“Britney seems confused and her team want someone with her constantly,” said a source, speaking to Closer magazine.

“They’re worried about what she sees and hears and have banned her from using the phone or going online. She speaks to her family on her security team’s phone. She’s extremely fragile,” the source added.

After the end of their engagement, Jason stepped down as one of Britney’s legal conservators. The singer remains the subject of a conservatorship order after she had a mental breakdown and shaved all her hair off in 2007.

Friends of Britney are now worried that the recent changes in her life could spark another meltdown.

It has been reported that Britney is considering a $100million deal for a residency in Las Vegas, however her team are concerned that she’s not in the right state of mind to perform so many shows in the city.

“It would be mentally and physically gruelling and, at the moment, she seems to be barely getting through the day,” said a source.

Apparently Britney has turned to comfort eating in order to help her cope with problems in her personal life.

“She’ll eat chips, then say she wasn’t hungry,” said the source.

“She needs all the support she can get,” the source added.
