"Guys thanks for supporting me. Open your surprise."

Queen B turned 35 on Sunday.

Beyoncé is one of the biggest stars on the planet, so unsurprisingly, her birthday got a lot of attention from fans.

And you would think that because she is a super-famous, super-rich superstar that she could do just about anything on her birthday. We were expecting extravagance, a giant party and an uncountable amount of presents.

And while she may well have done all of that and we just weren’t invited, she did give something back to her fans in celebration of the day.

Beyoncé celebrated her birthday by releasing a new video from her critically acclaimed Lemonade album

The video includes footage from the full length visual album initially released on HBO.

Hold up was released on Youtube on Sunday with the caption:

“Guys thanks for supporting me. Open your surprise.”

Even if you’ve never seen any previous footage of Lemonade, you’ll probably recognise the now iconic yellow Roberto Cavalli dress.

This is the second song to be released on its own from the album, with the first being Sorry which has over over 110 million views since its release.

Hold up has over 10 million views since Sunday, so we’re guessing it may even take beat Sorry in terms of views in the coming months.
