Brian McFadden Is Waiting For Louis Walsh To Die… His Words, Not Ours

Brian McFadden has revealed he’s waiting for Louis Walsh to kick the bucket… so he can nick his X Factor job.

The former Westlife star’s gag went down like a lead balloon as his new wife Vogue has lined up a string of modelling gigs here.

The 32-year-old is desperate to re-launch himself and has decided he’d be better than our lovely Louis on the reality TV talent show.

“I’m going to be the next judge on X Factor. I’m just waiting for Louis Walsh to pass away!

“It’s in the contract, as soon as Louis dies, it’s in his will that I take his seat, so any day now!” he told the Irish Sun.

Brian has made a string of blunders Down Under and we think he’s trying to wheedle his way back into the showbusiness sphere in Ireland.

In 2008 he declared on radio: “Saying pink is a form of red is the same as saying homosexual is a form of male.”

The Dubliner had to then defend himself after outrage at his song Just The Way You Are (Drunk At The Bar) in 2011, declaring: “I am not promoting date rape.”

The final straw for his Down Under experience came when he was axed as a judge on Australia’s Got Talent in November.

A spokeswoman for music manager Walsh told the newspaper last night: “Obviously Louis knows Brian and knows his tongue was firmly in his cheek when he said that.

“And he’ll be disappointed to learn that Louis is in the very best of health.”
