Actress Genevieve Sabourin has been found guilty on all counts of stalking 30 Rock actor Alec Baldwin.
The actress was sentenced to six months in jail this Thursday plus 30 days she had already received for disrupting court proceedings.
Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Robert Mandelbaum said that she was guilty of attempted aggravated harassment and stalking the actor.
"I haven't done anything wrong. I'm innocent," she told Mandelbaum according to USA Today. "You're doing a mistake right now."
During the trial, Baldwin said that Sabourin stalked him after he took her to dinner and wouldn’t stop harassing him. It was said that she sent him unwanted calls and emails and began turning up at events.
Sabourin claimed that they had a fling, which the actor denies.
Her defence lawyer Todd Spodek said the actress had a brief romance with Baldwin and said that the actor was using the courts to "sort out his relationships."
