On the same day that one Hollywood couple deny their marriage is in trouble, another duo have confirmed they’re headed for the divorce courts.
Oscar nominees Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have confirmed they are divorcing after eight years of marriage.
The pair wed in 2004, and do not have any children together, although both have children from previous marriages.
Lane received an Academy Award nod in 2002 for ‘Unfaithful’, while Brolin was a 2008 nominee for his performance in ‘Milk’.
A representative for the couple confirmed the separation today, and sources close to the pair told US Weekly that the split was amicable.
