A spokesperson for Geordie Shore also confirmed the news to OK Online, saying there isn't "any truth" in the rumours.
The news come after Charlotte's co-star, Marnie Simpson, announced that she was leaving the show last week.
Marnie sent a statement via her Twitter account but it was later deleted.
