Fans of Hollyoaks might remember that Danniella Westbrook had a guest stint on the soap back in 2013 and she’s set to return to the show for a second time.
Danniella will reprise her role as Trudy Ryan, an old acquaintance of Jacqui McQueen (Claire Cooper).
Trudy made Jacqui’s life very difficult and this storyline eventually resulted in her leaving the show.
A Hollyoaks spokesperson said: “We are pleased to be welcoming Danniella back as Trudy for a limited time. She was a great asset to the show in 2013 as part of Jacqui’s leaving story”.
Danniella is best known for her role as Sam Mitchell and Eastenders viewers last saw her on the soap in 2010.
