The world watched on in shock as Conor McGregor was defeated by Nate Diaz this weekend.
We can only imagine how those close to the MMA superstar felt, particularly his girlfriend of eight years, Dee Devlin.
The pair were together long before McGregor found success, and he has previously said he owes “everything” to his loyal girlfriend.
Taking to Instagram following the defeat, 28-year-old Dee posted a picture of McGregor and wrote:
“So unbelievably proud of you every single day babe, you are my hero.”
McGregor himself took to social media following the defeat to warn that he will only come back stronger.
