Demi Lovato posted her first selfie since leaving rehab alongside a few emotional words

These are the words 26-year-old, Demi Lovato wrote alongside her latest post. This is the first selfie from the star since her overdose in July which was then followed by a three-month stint in rehab.
Demi, now out and still recovering is looking forward and taking control of her life - exercising and focusing on her mental health, the Confident star shared an image of her fresh face as she attended a jiu jitsu class.

According to the star's mom, Dianna De La Garza, she spoke on a podcast in October admitting that Demi had hit her 90 days sober mark.
"She has 90 days and I couldn't be more thankful or more proud of her because addiction, being a disease, is work. It's very hard and there are no shortcuts," she said.
This is Demi's second post since the summer only taking to Instagram in early November to remind US citizens to vote.
