So, we can't even imagine what it's like for Doireann Garrihy as she has to arise bright and early for her 2FM Breakfast show. Taking to Instagram, Doireann answered questions asked by her fans and one of them was how is she dealing with the early mornings. She said: "Because it's summer time and it's actually bright when my alarm goes off at 4.30, it hasn't been so bad. I've been getting about six hours of sleep a night and I'm trying to nap for two hours during the day to get my eight hours. "I'm getting there. The only thing is I'm wrecked at the weekends so I've been an absolute drip for the past eight weeks at weekends.
