Dua Lipa’s wearing a giant pink tulle gown at the Brits and oh my Christ

What a gal.

If anyone was going to show everybody up at an awards ceremony, it was going to be Dua Lipa. And why not too? She's stunning, she's insanely talented, and she's got one of the most banging albums of last year - she may as well be the centre of attention. Understandably, tonight is no different. The Brit Awards are on, and although the event tends to be known for its more low key red carpet looks, Dua obviously just doesn't give a crap because she has shown up in a giant pink tulle gown. Please prepare yourself for the images you are about to see. A literal goddess. Dua's dress is from Giambattista Valli's Spring 2018 Couture collection which, unfortunately for us, means that we won't be able to purchase one to wear to Coppers on Friday night, but a girl can dream, right? The artist teamed the gown with some strappy black heels and held a single white rose in her hand as a symbol of support for the #MeToo movement. Dua is up for five awards at tonight's awards, including best British female, best single, best album, best video and breakthrough act of the year. The 22-year-old is leading the nominations ahead of Ed Sheeran... and basically, everybody else who's heading to the awards ceremony this evening. Ariana Grande confirmed today that she would be cancelling her performance that was supposed to be a tribute to the victims of the Manchester terror attack. She is being replaced by Liam Gallagher.
