ENGAGED! Katie Piper Takes to Twitter To Announce Exciting News

Katie Piper has announced that she is now engaged to her partner James. The TV presenter and charity campaigner revealed the news on her Twitter page on Saturday morning. “So excited to tell you all… I became someone’s fiancé last night!” she wrote.

According to reports, James popped the question while the couple were enjoying a romantic night in at their home. Katie, who gave birth to her first baby Belle Elizabeth in March of this year, posted a photo to Instagram showing her preparing for a candlelit dinner with James. “Pretending we are going out for dinner!” she wrote. “Cooking 3 course meal, dressed in our best clothes – all taking place at our kitchen table! Parents night in/out #nobabysitterneeded.” Katie, who hit the headlines following a vicious attack reportedly at the hands of her ex-boyfriend back in 2008, had previously admitted that she never thought she’d be able to find love again and was thrilled when she met James. “Finally, someone who was proud to be with me and didn’t care what other people thought,” she stated. Congrats to the happy couple!
