You won't believe it 'til you see it.  Today's Fame Finder: Kelly Packard, a.k.a Tiffani Smith from California Dreams She was the ultimate California girl-crush and batting off the affections of Jay and co., Tiffani was always one of our favourites. As well as being a killer bass-player in the band, who could forget the love triangle that stemmed from “Righty-tighty, lefty-loosey”? Following the gang’s end in 1996, Kelly continued her stint in the spotlight, with appearances on Baywatch, roles in adverts and most recently starred in a TV movie, ‘My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend’. Tiff took on smaller cameos in  The Wonder Years, Blossom, Step by Step, Boy Meets World and USA High. The mum of four also co-presented Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! Seems like Tiffani has long outgrown Jake Sommers. Even if they were the best couple ever.
