Glee has released their video memorial card for Cory Monteith.
The video shows behind the scene footage of the star, along with some of his best scenes with his co-stars and girlfriend Lea Michele.
The Fox series plans to write out Monteith's character Finn, in the third episode of the show's upcoming Season 5.
Monteith passed away last month. The actor was 31.
