Geordie Shore Star to Leave Show after Season Nine

Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison has announced she is leaving the show. Vicky has said that season nine, which starts tonight on MTV, will be her last season of Geordie Shore and that she's "moved on". Speaking about her departure, the 26-year-old told MTV: "I’ve moved on. I’m pleased they’re still enjoying themselves [the Geordies], but it just didn’t work anymore, not for me.” "It was just the right time for me. The show has been going for a long time, and I’ve been fortunate to be part of it from the start, but it’s changed. Everything that everyone else is happy with doing and still enjoys, I just don’t." "I’m in a completely different place. I don’t feel angry about it, or upset - I’m pleased I’ve moved on, and I’m pleased they’re all still enjoying themselves, but it just didn’t work anymore.” Vicky won't be returning for season ten "I know a lot of the people in the house are gonna be content to be 40-years-old and still downing Jaeger bombs and bucking birds, but for me, that was never an option" continued Vicky. Vicky, who is in a relationship with business and ex-ice hockey player James Morgan, has been promoted to "Queen of the House" in the new season starting tonight.
