Gold Star: Lady Gaga Makes A Little Girl’s Final Wish Come True

Lady Gaga may have cancelled her tour but she made sure that a last wish froma  special little moster was still fulfilled.

The Huffington Post reports that Kayeligh Gurbynski had tickets to meet Gaga at her Chicago concert earlier this week. However, the mother monster had to cancel the rest of her tour due to a hip injury.

Understandably, little Kayleigh was absolutely devastated. You see, see Kayleigh suffers from congenital heart disease and a genetic disorder known as Turner’s Syndrome. Sadly, Kayleigh’s condition is terminal and it was her last wish (and biggest dream) to see Gaga perform on stage.

But Gaga knew all about Kayleigh and, with a  little help from a local radio station, decided to pay the little girl a visit in hospital.

Kayleigh is currently being treated at Milwaukee Children’s Hospital and is the longest surviving patient at the hospital with the two different conditions. Sadly, because of her illnesses, she is not a candidate for a heart transplant and her health is declining at a rapid pace.

“Her heart is not fixable,” said Melissa Persiki, Kayleigh’s mammy.

The good news is that thanks to Gaga, Kayleigh’s final wish has come true at last.

“It just goes to show that no matter what you say about some of these high-falutin artists, many of them do have huge hearts and put them to good use sometmes, and that happened here,” said Kayleigh’s mam.

“She did the right thing, and she did it because she wanted to do it,” she added.
