When it comes to toning up, we’d all loved to have a body like Millie Mackintosh. The good news is that her personal trainer has shared her workout online. The bad news? It’s pretty tough but hey, for abs like that, all the slogging might just be worth it.
Bride-to-be Millie posted a picture of her abs on Instagram in order to show the impact training has been having on her body. She posted this snap along with the caption: “2 weeks into training with @RichTidmarsh #leanmeanmission #nopainnogain #byewobblybits.”

The Made In Chelsea star has been on a mission to tone up before she walks down the aisle and gets hitched to her other half, Professor Green. However, she was quick to say that she didn’t want to lose weight, she just wanted to get “lean and clean.”
