Louis Walsh has tipped blonde bombshell, Ellie Goulding, as the final judge to join the ITV hit show, The X Factor.  Speaking to The Sun newspaper Walsh, who is the only person to have remained on the judging panel throughout the entire decade of the reality contest, has expressed his hopes that the final member is female. "I've heard Ellie Goulding. I just hope it's a girl," Walsh told the paper. Goulding tipped for X Factor job.  Head honcho, Simon Cowell, was the first judge confirmed for the 11th season, making his return after leaving for the US version of the show. Two weeks ago Geordie lass, Cheryl Cole, confirmed speculation when she was announced to be rejoining after signing a deal in the region of £1.5 million. Cheryl was sensationally fired from the X Factor USA before the series went to air and went on to take a legal case to recoup her promised multi-million euro fee. The show’s producers hope to boost the show’s flagging ratings, following a disappointing tenth series and the departure of American star Nicole Scherzinger from the panel.
