The actress just got engaged.

We see her point.

This week, the news emerged that Amanda Seyfried is engaged to actor Thomas Sadoski.

The couple have been together for 6 months.

The actress met her fiancé while filming The Last Word together, which will be released later this year.

We’re excited to see what Amanda wears on her big day, but she has previously adamantly stated that it won’t be a traditional white dress.

Speaking to E News, the Epic actress said:

“I got married so many times in my life—onscreen, I don’t want a white dress! I’ve worn so many of them.”

Amanda has played a bride in several films at this stage including Mamma Mia, The Big Wedding and Les Miserable, so it’s no wonder she’s a bit sick of the traditional dress.

Regardless of her always getting married in movies, she also feels that a big wedding is not what’s important.

“The fact is, that kind of stuff is less about the ceremony and more about the commitment. So it’s like children. That’s where it’s at, right? For me. But it’s different for everybody.” She said.

We can’t wait to see what colour dress she chooses for her big day. Although, considering that she wants a simple wedding we highly doubt we’ll be seeing the photos in an exclusive magazine spread.
