Courtney Love has admitted she used heroin while pregnant with daughter Frances Bean.
The star, who was married to Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, was previously accused of taking the drug in a Vanity Fair article but denied the claims, saying that she stopped as soon as she found out that she was pregnant.
She also accused the journalist who wrote the piece as "more responsible for my husband’s death than anyone" due to the fall out from the revelation and their temporary separation from Frances.
However, in a new documentary, the Sons Of Anarchy actress admitted that she did take heroin while pregnant.
"I used it once then stopped. I knew she would be fine," she said.
Director Brett Morgen defended Love's claims, saying "Yeah, they were junkies but they weren't hurting anyone and the article really had a huge effect on Kurt’s psyche. I don’t think he ever recovered from it, because they took his child away".
