Iggy Azalea is reportedly suing her former boyfriend, Maurice Williams (aka Hefe Wine), according to court documents obtained by The Hollywood Reporter.

The singer is apparently bringing her ex to court over claims that he infringed copyright and unlawfully promoted yet-to-be released music from her early days as a struggling artist.

The lawsuit was filed this morning in a California federal court.

The documents also claim that Maurice Williams used the chart-topper’s voice, name, likeness and trademark to promote and distribute her songs without her consent.

The pop star is said to be suing her former flame.

Azalea also alleges that music was stolen off her computer about six years ago and that over the course of eight months, her ex downloaded the entire contents of her personal computer again, without her consent.

The lawsuit also claims that he then created a forged recording agreement document, as well as a fake artist management agreement, with altered signatures to make it look like she had a deal with Wine Enterprise, Inc.

According to TMZ, Williams is said to be in possession of a sex tape featuring himself and Azalea, which he believes he has the legal right to market. The lawsuit does not mention this tape.

She is suing for compensatory damages plus interest and statutory damages for each copyright infringement. The full lawsuit has been released by The Hollywood Reporter
