Siva Kaneswaren suffered a black eye this week when he attempted to intervene in a row between a man and his girlfriend.
According to TMZ, The Wanted singer spotted the man attacking his girlfriend on a street in New York and ran over to try to break it up. However, the man yelled back “This isn’t about you” and as Siva attempted to hold him back, he sustained a black eye and minor bruising.
The scuffle gave the woman time to run away and the singer is now hoping that she will get in touch to confirm that she is ok.
Siva, who is engaged to long-term girlfriend Nareesha McCaffrey, was also attacked by a homeless man earlier this year after trying to give him money.
