It looks like the role of godfather for Princess Charlotte is up for grabs as, according to reports, Prince Harry will not be fulfilling the role.
It has been reported that Harry, who it was thought would be Princess Charlotte’s godfather, is in fact away in Africa.
It is believed Harry will not be at the christening.
The 30-year-old will reportedly not be taking on the role and now speculation is mounting as to who will take the honour instead.
There are a number of other favourites, including David Beckham, who are expected to take over the role at the christening, which takes place on Sunday (July 5th).
