Comedy actor Kevin James and his wife Steffiana de la Cruz are getting ready for the pitter patter of tiny feet. People magazine confirmed this morning that the couple, who have been married since 2004, are expecting their fourth child together. They are already parents to a son, Kannona Valentine (3), and two daughters, Shea Joelle (7) and Sienna-Marie (9).
