It’s the most unlikely defence we’ve ever heard and we’re not too sure that we even understand what it means but Russell Brand has hit out at the man who is claiming that the star injured him during a car accident last year, in a way that only Russell would do.
The man in question, Victor Sneed, first sued Brand back in October alleging that the Forgetting Sarah Marshall actor knocked into him in his car on Olympic Boulevard in Los Angeles the previous January.
And now, Sneed is suing Brand for $185,000, in an effort to re-coup some cash for medical expenses, lost wages and other damages having originally sued the British funny man for $25,000 in October 2012.

Russell is regularly seen around Hollywood in his Range Rover
However, Russell has hit back at Sneed saying he "failed to take adequate measures to minimize...delays, damages, expenditures and extra costs, if any were incurred."
E! News are reporting that the star is also claiming that the accident happened in the first place because Sneed’s actions were the "direct, proximate and sole result" of his own "physical bodily condition and constitutional composition.”
Huh? We don’t really get what he means either...
