“I’ve Stocked Up A Bit!” Spencer Matthews Isn’t Thrilled About His Recent Weight Gain

We all hate putting on weight, but it seems that it isn’t just us women folk who are a bit sensitive about gaining a few extra pounds.

Poor Spencer Matthews, of Made in Chelsea fame, revealed last night to HeatWorld that he is getting fed up of being a bit pudgy. Oh Spencer, we know how you feel – don’t we girls?

Anyway, apparently Spencer has put on a bit of extra weight after a he had a powerboat accident earlier this year. The accident left Spencer with two dislocated shoulders, which means that he couldn’t hit the gym as much as he used to.

Speaking about his, eh…bulkier new shape Spencer said: “That would be fat. I’m usually in quite good shape, but I went away and I had a powerboat racing accident and dislocated both my shoulders so I haven’t been able to train in a while.”

“I’ve just stocked up a bit. I love training, it takes my mind off things. I miss it. But I’m just about ready to get back in,” he added.

Spencer also opened up about the next series of Made in Chelsea, which started filming this week. However, ladies, we’ll be waiting a while for it to hit our screens. Sad face.

“I was at my most aggressive. Everyone will be fiery,” said Spencer, talking about the first few scenes of the new series.

“I can’t say much about it but a new cast member and I have a bit of a chat. I’m really looking forward to seeing it,” he added.

Spencer is recovering from a bad accident.
