Plenty of craic was had at the Her.ie Christmas party this week but Jay-Z really pulled out all the stops for his Roc Nation crew in New York.
The rapper shut down New York's Bryant Park for his staff Christmas party, with the Roc Nation logo projected on to the adjacent rink which was reserved for employees and their guests.
According to the New York Post, the company's staff partied in the two-level Celsius bar in the Midtown park and Jay was the first to arrive, seen "clowning around and wearing a Santa Claus hat in a photo booth" before wife Beyoncé later joined him.
