They are too adorable!

Ahh our US Office hearts are beating hard.

There is no denying the chemistry Jenna Fischer and John Krasinski shared playing both Jim and Pam respectively in the hit series The Office (U.S).

Their awkward encounters, clumsiness and hilarious office sabotage made us fall in love with them and their connection with each other.

And NOW, it looks like that connection wasn’t just on-set as 38-year-old Jenna has revealed all in her new book The Actor’s Life: A Survival Guide. In the book she describes fellow co-star, John Krasinski and what it was like the first time they met.

A post shared by John Krasinski (@johnkrasinski) on

“I remember the day we met. As I was being shown to the actor’s holding room, he was just being called in to read with another potential Pam… As he passed by, he introduced himself, and we shook hands. It was if lightning struck through the center of the room.”

She then continued, outlining how this spark was felt by both parties…

“John and I were walking out of an audition scene, and he suddenly turned to me and whispered, ‘You’re my favorite Pam. I hope you get this job,’ It was exactly as sweet and cute and supportive as anything Jim would say to Pam. I smiled really big and said, ‘I’m so glad you said that because you’re my favorite Jim and I don’t think anyone could do it except for you.’”

Are you crying? Because I’m on the verge.

In the book, Jenna continues to chat about the first kiss scene, explaining how the whole cast and crew realised as the scene ended that they had just “filmed one of the best first kisses on television.”

CAN THESE TWO GET MARRIED IRL please.
