Jennifer Lawrence wore a wedding dress on the red carpet

Jennifer Lawrence is currently on a promotional tour for her new film Mother! and as the actress has worked with fashion brand Dior, she's never short of a fab frock. For the New York premiere of the film which took place last night, Jen decided to wear a Grecian-inspired Dior gown that's not dissimilar to a wedding dress. Needless to say, people commented on this fact and now J-Law's 'wedding dress' is all over the internet even if the haute couture design isn't strictly a wedding dress.

It's a rather beautiful design...a voluminous skirt, criss-cross straps and a low back with the gorgeous tulle fabric making it a princess-worthy creation.

Wedding dress or not, there's no denying that the 27-year-old looks amazing and her simple updo, complete with pretty flowers, is the perfect way to finish off this ethereal look. The actress was pictured with the film's director and her rumoured partner Darren Aronofsky (48) on the red carpet and although they're said to be dating for a year, last night was the first time they were pictured together publicly.
