Jagger and Scott started dating back in 2001.
Close friends and family turned out for the celebration of Scott's life at the memorial service which took place in St. Bartholomew's Church, Manhattan.
A number of well-known faces were also in attendance. Fellow Rolling Stone members Ronnie Wood and Keith Richards, actresses Julianne Moore, Sarah Jessica Parker, Meg Ryan, Renee Zellweger and Olivia Munn and film directors Martin Scorsese and Baz Luhrmann.
The editors of two prestigious fashion magazines, Vogue and Vanity Fair, Anna Wintour and Graydon Carter, were also there.
Both Jagger and Scott's brother, Randy Bambrough, said a few words about the 49-year-old.
R&B songstress Lisa Fischer, who has performed as a backing singer with the rockers for years, also sang a beautiful rendition of 'Amazing Grace'.
