Kate Beckinsale has deleted all of her Instagram posts as her relationship with Pete Davidson continues to heat up.

The pair have been linked since January this year, when they were spotted getting "very flirty" at a Golden Globes afterparty.   Since then, they have been photographed out and about in Los Angeles and New York - including that memeable appearance at a hockey game. While some fans have been supportive of their relationship, others have taken to the comments on the actress' Instagram posts to question her about her relationship with the Saturday Night Live star and the 20-year age gap between them. On Friday morning, eagle-eyed fans noticed that the actress had scrubbed her account on the photo-sharing site. Her 2.8 million followers are still showing up, though. The reason why she decided to scrub her Instagram account isn't entirely clear. Some celebrities have pulled similar moves in the past, before announcing new projects (à la  Taylor Swift). However, it's also entirely possible that Kate just was tired of dealing with being trolled over her relationship.   An insider previously told E! News how Kate was "excited about getting to know" Pete and to have the chance to spend more time with him. They said:

"Kate's very into Pete. "He always has her laughing and that's a good feeling to have. They talk a lot and never run out of things to say. "You wouldn't necessarily put them together, but it's working for now. She's excited about getting to know him and hoping to spend more time with him."
