Last night, Kate Dwyer took to Instagram to share the first image of her wedding to Jeff Brazier.
Wearing a strapless gown, Kate looked picture perfect as she smiled alongside her husband and his two sons Freddy and Bobby, for the exclusive photo shoot with Hello! magazine.

Speaking to the publication about their special day, Kate was full of praise for her husband saying:
“Jeff is the most amazing man I have ever met and I could not wait to be able to call him my husband.”
Jeff then added how this ceremony was much more than just a wedding, it was the beginning of them joining together as a family.
“I’m so happy to marry Kate, who has brought so much stability to my life. This isn’t just any wedding, this is a really special one. It doesn’t just represent Kate and I putting rings on each other’s fingers. It represents the fact that we won at something really tricky. We won at becoming a family,” he added.

Explaining that Kate has given the boys a sense of belonging, it appears as though 17-year-old Freddy and 13-year-old Bobby are too, overjoyed by Kate’s presence.
“One of the biggest things for Fred and I is that Kate makes our dad happy. Which is so special and reassuring for us to see,” said Bobby.
Fred and Bobby are the sons of Jeff and Jeff’s previous partner, Jade Goody, who lost her battle to cervical cancer in 2009, aged 27.
Jeff and his children are still close to Jade’s family, with Jeff’s youngest son, Bobby, spending last Christmas with Jade’s mother.
