Kate Middleton has been working on a major project for the past three months and all was revealed today.
The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, is designing a garden that will showcase at the Chelsea Flower Show in May and it sounds like a pretty big deal.
Today, the mum of three visited a community garden in North London, marking this announcement and royal fans were only delighted to see the Duchess with this event marking her first official engagement of the year.

Kate will work together with the Royal Horticultural Society and landscape architects Andree Davies and Adam White to create the perfect woodland setting, designed as a space for families and children to experience and connect with nature.
It’s all about encouraging people to spend time outside with the Duchess a big believer in the positive effects of nature on a child’s development.
The 37-year-old has chatted previously about how she loves playing outdoors with George and Charlotte, even hunting for spiders and it’s clear she was in her element today, chatting and laughing with the children in attendance.
The garden will build on Her Royal Highness’s passion for the outdoors and the proven benefits that nature has on physical and mental health — The Duchess is a strong advocate for the positive impact that nature and the environment can have on childhood development. pic.twitter.com/Zb2TCWUoPC

A statement from Kensington Palace explains the inspiration for the ‘Back to Woodland’ garden and it sounds magical.
“Based on a woodland, the ‘Back to Nature’ Garden seeks to recapture for adults the sense of wonder and magic that they enjoyed as children, in addition to kindling excitement and a passion for nature in future generations”.
Sounds like a brilliant idea to us!
