In conversation with the Daily Mail, a spokesperson for the family said that both families would join the Queen, Prince Phillip and presumably Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall for Christmas celebrations at Sandringham.
However, they could not elaborate on what they will be doing for the rest of the festive period or where they will be going so who knows, maybe they have holiday plans to ring in the new year.
It was originally thought that Kate and Wills together with their children George, Charlotte and Louis would head to Berkshire and have Christmas Day with the Middleton family but those plans have apparently changed.
According to reports, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle won't get to spend Christmas morning together and that's all down to royal family tradition, you can read more about that here. They can't even have breakfast together which given that it's their first Christmas together as husband and wife might be a little annoying. All a bit bizarre really...The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are pleased to share a new photograph of their family.
The photograph, taken by Matt Porteous, shows The Duke and Duchess with their three children at Anmer Hall, and features on Their Royal Highnesses’ Christmas card this year. pic.twitter.com/6XqCMlhLi8 — Kensington Palace (@KensingtonRoyal) December 14, 2018
