According to TMZ, Khloe and Tristan are expecting their second child via surrogacy. Multiple sources told the outlet that their baby is due within days. Others even said their child has already been born. A representative for Khloe confirmed the news for E! News. "We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November."
