The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been hit by accusations that she pays a $100,000 salary to an assistant who Photoshops her social media photos before she posts them to the web.
However, her spokesperson has slammed the claims as "absolutely false".
The reports come days after Kim posted yet another selfie for the fans, bemoaning the fact that she had fallen asleep with a full face of make-up.
