Kristen Stewart Turns to Counselling to Help her get Over Robert Pattinson

Breaking up is hard to do, which is why we weren’t exactly surprised when we heard that poor Kristen Stewart is reportedly having grief counselling to help her cope with the recent breakdown of her relationship with co-star Robert Pattinson.

According to reports, the actress has seriously been struggling to cope since it was revealed that she had been cheating on Rob with married director Rupert Sanders. There have been various rumours about what has been happening between K-Stew and R-Patz ever since her affair was made public. Some reports say that the actress has been begging Rob to take her back, while others are claiming that she is giving the actor some space.

Now, however, Kristen is apparently struggling to deal with the fact that her relationship with Rob is over for good. She has allegedly told her friends that Rob is the love of her life and she needs some professional help in order to try and get over the break-up and move on.

“She knows she messed up so badly by cheating on him, and she’s finding it hard to cope with her agony,” said a source, speaking to National Enquirer magazine.

Kristen and Robert were a happy couple before her cheating scandal broke.

Apparently Kristen feels like nothing will be the same for her again and she struggles to express her feelings with family and friends because she thinks that no one really understands how much pain she’s in.

“Even though Kristen has close family and friends trying to be supportive, it’s not enough,” said the insider.

“She keeps beating herself up, asking why, why, why? She knows she needs a professional to help her – it’s like she’s going through a divorce,” the insider added.

Kristen is also reported to be turning to Gandhi’s teachings to help her cope during this hard time. Either way we hope Kristen gets the help she needs and that she manages to move on soon.
